I was letting my past, my circumstances, and my anxieties write my story. I found myself running ragged, trying to be everything to everyone, and I realized I had left nothing for myself.

One day, I made a decision: I was done waiting. It was time to reclaim my life.

My journey of healing didn’t start with a worldly trend; it started with a simple, profound return to the basics. I decided to build my life, brick by brick, on a foundation that never fails: Jesus Christ.

I learned that true ‘wholistic wellness’ isn’t a New Age concept—it’s a biblical one.

• It’s stewarding the temple God gave me (1 Corinthians 6:19-20) with the powerful, natural herbs He created.

• It’s guarding my heart (Proverbs 4:23) by setting boundaries and renewing my mind with His Word.

• It’s discovering that true, unshakable joy isn’t a temporary feeling, but a deep, abiding Fruit of the Spirit (Galatians 5:22).
